Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds, Appointment Cancellations & Missed Visit's

 

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in our schedule that could have been offered to another patient.

To respect everyone’s time:

•24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or appointment change.

•Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.

•No Call / No Show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled visit fee.

•The card on file will be charged automatically for any late cancellation fee or No Call/No Show fee.

•Fees must be paid before any additional appointments can be scheduled.

Payments, Refunds & Insurance

Aligned to Nurture, LLC is an out-of-network provider.

•Payment in full is required at all FIRST VISIT appointments, regardless of insurance.

•All follow-up services must be paid at the time of service, unless written arrangements have been approved.

•Payments for completed services are non-refundable.

•A Superbill can be provided for potential out-of-network reimbursement (not guaranteed and depends on your individual plan).

Prepayment Option

We do not offer prepaid packages, but families who find it easier to pay ahead may do so.

Any prepaid amount will be applied to upcoming visits.

Family Scheduling Discount

To support families receiving care together:

•When multiple family members are scheduled during the same block of time, each adult receives $10 off their visit fee. One adult can’t use this discount if they attend on their own. Must be with scheduled with their partner or child(ren).

•This discount must be scheduled under the “Family Visit” option on our online scheduler:alignedtonurture.janeapp.com

•Discount applies only to appointments that are attended (not cancellations or no-shows).
